There’s nothing quite like a Vail Valley summer. And this year’s lineup of events, adventures, and everyday mountain magic makes it one to remember. Whether you’re a longtime local or a second homeowner planning your next visit, here’s a curated look at what makes summer 2025 so special.
🎼 Bravo! Vail Music Festival (June – July)
This isn’t your average mountain town music scene. Bravo! Vail brings world-class orchestras—like the New York Philharmonic, The Philadelphia Orchestra, and the Dallas Symphony—to intimate stages at Gerald Ford Amphitheater and Vilar Performing Arts Center.
You’ll also find chamber performances in local churches and open-air community concerts throughout the valley.
🎶 AvonLIVE! Free Concert Series (June – August)
Held Wednesday evenings at Nottingham Park, this beloved series pairs national and regional bands with one of the most scenic venues in the county. Pack a blanket, grab dinner from a food truck, and settle in from 5:30–9:00 PM.
🎸 Hot Summer Nights at The Amp (June – September)
Vail’s Gerald Ford Amphitheater also hosts this free Tuesday series, along with ticketed acts through the The Amp Concert Series. Expect shows from Steel Pulse, Mike Posner, and more.
🌅 Other Notable Concerts & Events
SunsetLIVE! (Sundays at Nottingham Lake)
Minturn Concert Series (Little Beach Park)
Beaver Creek Unplugged (Village plaza shows, often acoustic)
🚵♂️ Bonus Fun: Hikes, Rides & Easy Escapes
Some of the best fun doesn’t require a ticket—just some daylight and a little curiosity:
Stroll the villages of Vail, Beaver Creek, or Avon
Catch a sunset from countless picturesque locations throughout the valley
Ride the new Eagle Bike Park—great for all levels
Explore riding more mellow Eagle trails not all the hikes and bikes in the valley are all-up, all-down—plenty of rolling fun when you know where to go
🏡 Why This Matters (Beyond Just Fun)
For homeowners and visitors alike, these events aren’t just entertainment—they’re part of what makes the lifestyle here so unique. When clients tell me they bought in Vail or Beaver Creek, it’s rarely just about the house. It’s the rhythm of the valley. And summer brings that rhythm to life.
Whether you’re planning your next visit, considering a real estate move, or just enjoying the home you already own, summer 2025 is shaping up to be unforgettable.
